Leicester or Tottenham? Thierry Henry believes nerves will play a huge part in determining the result of an enthralling Premier League title race. Claudio Ranieris side, who currently lead the way by five points with four games left to play, face Swansea at the King Power Stadium on Super Sunday before Spurs host West Brom a day later on Monday Night Football.Leicester need eight points from their final four games to guarantee the title, and Henry says they will be desperate to secure them as soon as possible. If youre ahead you just want to make sure you can kill the title way before the end, Henry told Sky Sports Now. When I was there to do Leicester v West Ham (last Sunday) I said: Make sure you dont let the teams behind you hope.Thats what they have (given) to Tottenham, who went to Stoke and it could have been seven, eight or 9-0. They played ever so well because they knew they could get two points back on Leicester and they did it.Now, suddenly the pressure is on and you saw that a bit more with Leicester, arguing every decision, surrounding the referee and not being happy with the sending off of (Jamie) Vardy.During the season they were a bit more composed with that, they were less argumentative so, as we all know, when things arent going your way and youre losing points the nerves come along. Leicester slipped up last week against West Ham to let Tottenham back into the title race And Henry, who won two Premier League titles with Arsenal, believes Leicester need to stick together if they are to get over the line.It is a team effort all the way until the end, said Henry. People are going to come along and talk about what you do or how youre doing it well or not, so make sure you stay within that frame.Dont let the train derail, go for the title and look forward, forward is the trophy and thats the only thing that should be in your head.Whats difficult is when youre at the top everybody wants to kill you, so when you play games everybody wants to beat you. How do you deal with having to play against a team that actually wants to kill you every single time? They might not play the same way against other teams, but when they playing you they want to kill you, and thats what I found difficult, whatever league youre playing in.Top scorer Vardy will miss the visit of Swansea on Sunday, and could miss an extra game through suspension following his red card against West Ham last week. And Henry believes his absence is a major blow at this stage Jamie Vardy (L) will be suspended for at least the next game for Leicester Vardy missing is going to be key, said Henry. We know (Shinji) Okazaki can come up with the odd goal, as can Wes Morgan, (Robert) Huth and (Riyad) Mahrez, but they need Vardy right now in the key moment of the season.Suddenly Swansea might be a game where, because of the nerves, you dont know what can happen. I said last Sunday Leicester must make sure they have enough points before going into the last run of Manchester United, Everton and Chelsea. You dont want to go into that run only three points ahead. The nerves I saw (against West Ham) I didnt see before.Tottenhams next game after West Brom is a trip to Chelsea on Monday night, and Henry reckons the rivalry between the teams will create a stern challenge for Mauricio Pochettinos side. Tottenham are now just five points behind Leicester For Tottenham the Chelsea game is key, Henry said. If they win at Stamford Bridge then its game on, because I dont see them then losing other games. But Chelsea are going to try and play really hard against Tottenham. Henry also claims that, even if Leicester dont go on to win the Premier League title, its still been a remarkable achievement from their side. What (Leicester are) doing is giving everyone hope that its not about money, he said. Its not about having the best players in the world. Its about having a good team and commitment. No one can every say anymore you cant do it if you dont have resources. It would be a great story if they win it but, for me, its already a great story. GAINESVILLE, Fla. -- Desperate to improve Floridas free throw shooting last season, coach Mike White tried a little bit of everything. He tweaked some of his players mechanics. He increased repetitions in practice. He had guys shoot while tired and winded and with some team accountability at stake. He even considered bringing in a sports psychologist.I didnt want it to become more mental than it already was, White said Tuesday. So he waited until the offseason.Over the summer, White brought in renowned sports psychologist Spencer Wood to work with the Gators. If you can train your mind, use different methods to understand how to stay in that place -- whatever that place is for you or whatever that trigger word is for you -- or get you back into that place of calm, or confident, those type things, I think it can help you with the rest of your game as well, said White, whos in his second season in Gainesville. So far, its made a noticeable difference for Florida (2-0), which plays St. Bonaventure (1-0) in Lakeland on Thursday night. After ranking 323rd (out of 346 NCAA teams) from the foul line last season, shooting a meager 64.7 percent, Florida is up to 78.6 percent so far this season. Two games are hardly enough of a sample size to make White a believer, but he wants to think there is improvement. You hope that moving forward we can be in the same mindset, White said. Im not sure its fixed. I dont want to sit here and think were a great free throw shooting team. But what weve seen the first two games is what weve been in practice. You want that to continue, of course. Our guys are in a pretty good place.White said feedback was positive, especially from center John Egbunu, point guard Kasey Hill and forward Justin Leon. Egbunu (53.2 percent), Hill (53.8) and Leon (46.2) were among Floridas worst foul shooters last season. All three are above 70 percent through two games.ddddddddddddLeon said Wood worked with players to find their hype meter on a scale of 1 to 10, telling them they needed to play defense at a more frantic pace than offense, especially at the line.He gave me a lot of different breathing patterns, Leon added. So thats really been working for me. ... Its good to see it impact the game. That means the stuff weve been doing is working, and it shows weve taken the time to put the effort in the gym.Woods resume includes a number of college and professional teams. He worked with the Gators previously, getting invited by former Florida coach Billy Donovan before the 2010 season and helping that team deal with the psychological aspects of trying to get back to the NCAA tournament after a two-year absence. The Gators, led by Chandler Parsons, Kenny Boynton and Erving Walker, returned to the tournament.White blamed free throw shooting for his team missing the NCAA tournament last season. The Gators blew several leads, failing to put teams away late from the line, and had double-digit misses in 10 games. The Gators look considerably more confident this season. If not for newcomer Canyon Barry missing three of his first four underhanded free throws in the opener because of nerves, the Gators would have shot at least 80 percent from the charity stripe in both games.Very nice, very nice, White said. Knock on wood we continue shooting it this way. We have in practice. We just hope we continue to see that carry over. You can see it [in] their body languages, a little more confident at the foul line. ... Its a big factor for us. It kept up out of the NCAA tournament last year, single-handedly, and hopefully this year we continue shooting like this. ' ' '
