JACKSONVILLE, Fla. -- The Jacksonville Jaguars have claimed linebacker Arthur Brown off waivers from Baltimore and safety Marqueston Huff off waivers from Tennessee.The Jaguars also signed veteran receiver Arrelious Benn to the 53-man roster Sunday.
